Gastronomic dinner at Le Ri restaurant

On this spring day, the restaurant of the author's cuisine Le Ri invites you to a gastronomic dinner dedicated to the celebration of beautiful ladies. An evening of exquisite compliments and admiration expressed in the language of haute cuisine. Two prominent representatives of the world of modern gastronomy, Ilya Zakharov and Anton Kovalkov, will meet on the same stage.

The 4-hand dinner will combine the talents of two culinary masters to embody the idea of a unique author's set. Each course is a separate act of a gastronomic performance: a play of textures, bold combinations of ingredients and impeccable aesthetics of serving.

Ilya Zakharov

The concept chef of the Mantera Group, winner of numerous awards and a well-known presenter of the TV show on the Friday! channel: "The Blacklist. In the kitchen", "Call the chef" and "Secrets in the kitchen", as well as the author of more than 30 books on cooking. Ilya is a virtuoso of emotional impact, able to combine impeccable taste with an exciting presentation.

Anton Kovalkov

Partner and chef of the French cuisine restaurant Le Pigeon, brand chef of Restaurant by Deep Fried Friends, brand chef of the Jane and Late CheckOut pop-up projects, winner of the Chef of the Year 2022 award and winner of the Russian Chef show on the Friday channel. One of the leading young chefs in Russia, who has received recognition outside the country. Anton is known for his inventiveness and non-standard approach to Russian cuisine. The recognizable style is modern Russian cuisine inspired by Asian culinary traditions.

The gastronomic journey will be decorated with carefully selected wine accompaniment from chef-sommelier Evgeny Ksenofontov, a fine connoisseur and master of wine stories. Each glass will subtly emphasize the character and depth of taste of each dish.
