Refund procedure

To process a refund, you can fill out the necessary documents listed below (please note that the documents are filled out on behalf of the person who paid for the services, you must provide all the data and be sure to sign).

Required documents for a refund:

• refund application;
• consent to the processing of personal data;
• scanned copy of your passport;
• payment confirmation;
• screenshot with the order number or ticket, if you received it;
• hospital certificate (in case of injury).

The package of documents must be sent to sales@manteratravel.ru.

Refunds are made within 14 business days from the date of the guest's request (provided that the documents are correctly completed).
