The haute cuisine restaurant Le Ri invites you to a gastronomic dinner dedicated to the most generous month of summer - August. A time of rich flavors, rich harvests and long warm evenings. This evening is the author's interpretation of the season in several innings. The best local products, subtle flavor combinations, impeccable technique and the aesthetics of haute cuisine will be combined into a gastronomic set, where each dish will reflect the mood of the passing summer.

Concept chef of the Mantera Group, winner of numerous professional awards, host of the television projects “The Black List. In the Kitchen”, “Call the Chef” and “Secrets in the Kitchen” on the “Friday!” channel, author of more than 30 cookbooks. Ilya Zakharov creates gastronomic stories in which masterful execution, expressive presentation and attention to detail turn dinner into a real experience.

The gastronomic set will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine collection from chef sommelier Evgeniy Ksenofontov. Each wine will become a continuation of the dish, revealing its character and emphasizing the nuances of taste. An intimate atmosphere, personal communication with the chefs, a high level of service and signature cuisine will create an evening filled with taste, aesthetics and pleasure from every moment.
