Moral Code X

If there is anyone in the music industry who can transform any hall into an exclusive high society club with the right vibes with just a couple of chords, it’s Moral Code X. Their style offers a rare combo of rock’n’roll drive, jazz sophistication and masculine charm. On 16 October, this cult band will take to the stage at Casino Sochi, offering a grand solo live concert to all those who appreciate quality sounds.

The band, formed in 1989, immediately found their very own, unique path. Instead of traditional pop, the band performed a heady mix of powerful rock, virtuoso guitar riffs, ironic big beat and grown-up philosophical romanticism. This intellectual style and honest lyrics has made the band popular for decades. Moral Code X was a trendsetter in disco rock, performed at major festivals alongside global stars and made videos comparable with feature film productions. The band’s key point is, though, its frontman Sergey Mazayev. His charisma, easily recognizable voice and mad drive make every concert a warm, sincere and deeply heart-felt conversation with the audience.

At their Casino Sochi concert, the band will perform all the songs we know by heart, from the roguish “Good-bye, mom” to the poignant “The first snow”. See you on 16 October to sing all those legendary classics together. The concert starts at 20:30. Admission is free.
