Every Sunday, the Solis restaurant hosts creative brunches, where gastronomy and art combine to offer you vibrant emotions and new experiences.

On November 2nd, we invite you to a creative brunch featuring:

— An Italian menu from brand chef Gul Artem.
Hot dishes prepared according to traditional recipes are served straight from the carving station. Homemade al dente pasta, risotto with porcini mushrooms, bruschetta with succulent fillings, exquisite desserts, and fragrant oven-baked pizza—the embodiment of Italian generosity.

— A master class in creating a botanical bas-relief.
Under the guidance of a professional artist, you will create an elegant composition of natural motifs—prints of leaves, flowers, and herbs imprinted in plaster. You will learn how to work with shapes, textures, and shades to convey the beauty of living nature in three-dimensional form. Each bas-relief will become a unique work of art, reflecting your mood and inspiration.

Maria's voice creates an atmosphere of lightness and comfort, filling the space with warmth. Her repertoire includes well-known compositions in original renditions that harmoniously complement the atmosphere of art and gastronomic delight.
