• On the first day, a bioimpedance body analysis is performed. Starting on the second day, one of the following treatments is available daily: a personal training session (45 min) or mechanical lymphatic drainage (25 min).

• Personal Training (45 minutes) — a one-on-one session with a trainer designed to provide an effective and safe full-body workout. Choose from: functional training in the gym, stretching, Pilates, or swimming training.

• Mechanical lymphatic drainage using BTL equipment (25 minutes) — a gentle procedure that helps improve microcirculation, reduce swelling, and promote a feeling of lightness in the body.

Guests are also offered additional discounts:

• For every 200 calories burned on a cardio machine and verified by a trainer, you receive a 5% discount when visiting the hotel restaurant or bar on the same day (up to a maximum of 20% or 800 calories burned). The trainer will forward this information to the dining venues.
• 15% discount on body contouring programs from the Italian brand Arosha.
• 10% discount on all types of massage.

Upon check-in, a deposit of 15,000 rubles per room is required to cover additional hotel services. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
