Our guests will enjoy the vibes of modern life seamlessly fused with Russian traditions: gold-embroidered table cloths, candles twinkling warmly, gleaming crystal glasses, impeccably, richly laid tables. And there will certainly be Russian salad and kholodets, or pork jelly! The chef and his team will provide a gourmet cornucopia in the best Russian traditions: caviar, everybody’s favourite salads, golden-crust pies, plus the chef’s unique takes on classical dishes.
